I am not a dentist, can TurnUp also help my practice?

For sure! TurnUp is designed to support practices in any industry facing the challenges around cancellations and no-shows.  

In what way will patients be contacted?
By default, TurnUp sends a text message to the patient to notify them of a vacant appointment. 
 
 In addition, if the practice also has the patient's e-mail address, an e-mail with the invitation is also sent.  
 
So, while a text message is always sent, patients who also share their e-mail have the advantage of being notified in both ways at the same time. 
What happens when 2 patients take an appointment at the same time?

This is not possible. Taking the appointment is first come, first served. The first person to click on the link and fill in the form has taken the appointment. The other people end up on the unfortunately page where they are notified that the appointment has already been taken.  

Can patients also unsubscribe from the waiting list?

When receiving a text message or e-mail, patients have the option to simply click on the attached link and unsubscribe from the waiting list. 

What is TurnUp's success rate?

At TurnUp, 85% of created last-minutes are taken, 90% of them within the hour. 

Setup and Onboarding

How quickly can I get started with TurnUp?

Once you are registered and your current waiting list is imported, you can immediately start using TurnUp. 

Do I need to install anything on my computer to use TurnUp?

No! Turup is a web application, which means you don't need to download any external programmes onto your computer. All you need is an internet connection. 

Do we need multiple accounts for separate computers?

No. Only 1 account is needed per practice. Different providers can easily be added within that account.  

How do we get our existing waiting lists into TurnUp?

When TurnUp is launched, we import your current waiting list into the platform. After that, patients are added by the front desk or by enrolling themselves.

How will I be notified if there is an available appointment?

When there is an available appointment, you will be contacted via e-mail or SMS. 

Do I have to pay to use TurnUp?

No! Turup is completely free for patients. 

Are your services available in my region?

TurnUp is available throughout Belgium and The Netherlands and is currently expanding. Wherever you are from you can leave your details and we will do our best to find you a dentist

Can I unsubscribe from notifications about available dentists at any time?

Absolutely! If you receive a notification about an available appointment, you can unsubscribe via the attached link. If you wish to unsubscribe before the release of an available appointment, you can do so by sending an e-mail to info@turnup.be or filling out our contact form under "contact".
